Who We Are:

In early 2018, our founder and CEO, Mark Jeffreys, founded Mobile Agent Now, a review response agency.  Mobile Agent Now worked with a number of national CPG brands, responding to eComm reviews on behalf of these companies. Many of the brands Mobile Agent Now worked with also found benefit in the insights that were extracted from the thousands of reviews that existed, and the actions and recommendations Mark and team were able to provide due their years of leadership experience in CPG, sales, and marketing.  From that, 4Sight was born as means to help brands discover truths in this consumer data.  We have worked to build a small, entrepreneurial team that thrives on learning, continuous improvement and problem solving. We are thinkers, dreamers and builders who are naturally both creative and strategic.

Our Team:

Mark Jeffreys, CEO & Founder

Mark is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of 4Sight, and an award-winning, seasoned Senior Executive & start-up Founder with more than 25 years of success delivering profitable sales growth for some of the world’s most visible brands.  His experience spans consumer packaged goods, food manufacturing, home furnishing, non-profit, government and start-up as well as across geographies – having lived & worked in Asia, Europe and North America.

Mark spent over 16 years at Procter & Gamble in marketing.  While at P&G, Mark led brands such as Pampers, Always and Gillette, and spent the past 5 years leading marketing on Amazon as well as stepchanging Gillette’s global eCommerce business.  Prior to P&G, Mark worked at Colgate Palmolive on the Palmolive brand.  Leveraging his combination of corporate acumen and entrepreneurial zeal, Mark launched his first start-up – Mobile Agent Now – in January 2018, an uberized review response model, which he sold in July 2020.  4Sight was born out of Mobile Agent Now as clients from Procter & Gamble and Clorox to Reckitt Benckiser and Energizer saw value in mining their reviews (and those of competitors) for actionable insights.

Lauren Dekker is Vice President, Brand Strategy for 4Sight. Lauren’s previous work was with Seed Strategy where she worked on marketing and innovation initiatives with a wide variety of Fortune 500 clients in industries ranging from food & beverage and personal care to automotive and pharmaceuticals/nutraceuticals.

Lauren Dekker is Vice President, Brand Strategy for 4Sight. Lauren’s experience spans an array of different applications, including brand strategy, new product/service innovation, consumer insights, global research plans and growth-oriented strategy. Her previous client work at Seed Strategy spanned a range of different industries, including partnership with Fortune 500 clients in food & beverage, personal care, automotive and pharmaceuticals/nutraceuticals. Lauren holds her BA in Marketing, Sales and Management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where she leverages her cross-functional skills to lead the Brand Strategy team.

Jennifer Adamson,
Director of Operations

Jennifer Adamson is the Director of Operations with 4Sight. Prior to joining the team, Jennifer was Director, Quality at Mobile Agent Now – an uberized review response model.  Jennifer brings a unique, perspective having spent a decade in higher education, as an English professor and department chair.  She holds advanced degrees in English and Art History.  Jennifer leverages her experience in education and instructional design to lead the operations and marketing teams.

Tom Schmidt, 
VP, Business Development

Tom Schmidt is Vice President, Business Development for 4Sight. Tom has a wealth of experience in research & insights through his leadership at Nielsen, Bath & Body Works & Integrated Research Associates working on a wide range of industries.

Mariah Hopkins,
Marketing 

Moriah is a senior pursuing her BS in marketing. She also serves as captain for XU’s volleyball team along with being a Teacher’s assistant and the Social Media Coordinator for the basketball teams. She is set to earn her undergraduate degree in December and immediately begin work on her MBA.

In her role with 4Sight, Moriah supports business development and marketing activities in support of Fortune 500 consumer packaged goods manufacturers, including P&G, Clorox and Energizer.
