Full-Time Client Solutions Manager

 

The Opportunity:


4Sight is a rapidly growing Cincinnati startup that was founded by an ex-P&G executive. Since 2018, we have worked to build a small, entrepreneurial team that thrives on learning, continuous improvement and problem solving. We are thinkers, dreamers and builders who are naturally both creative and strategic.

 

Our company specializes in mining brands’ largest consumer data set—user-generated content, such as consumer reviews and social media—to uncover consumer truths.

This authentic, unfiltered consumer data, which is one of the most influential factors in today’s ever-growing eCommerce market, can be used to extract actionable insights about our clients’ brands and their competitors. Currently, we mostly serve the CPG industry—including some of the world’s biggest brands at companies like Procter & Gamble, Clorox, Energizer and many more.

 

As a Client Solutions Lead for 4Sight, you will:

  • Develop business relationships and grow sales with target accounts, with primary focus on expanding P&G presence/sales

  • Grow and develop the pipeline through creative prospecting, including cold calls/emails, capability presentations, tailored proposals and consultative selling techniques

  • Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets that feed into larger organizational goals

  • Work with the VP, Client Solutions and CEO to:

    • Create compelling content

    • Update and maintain the CRM (HubSpot)

    • Design and refine capability presentations and sales material

    • Develop target categories, companies and sales goals

  • Collaborate with the broader 4Sight team and provide input on all aspects of the business

 

 

You're a great fit for this position if you have:

  • Experience working with P&G CMKs and Brand Managers - either internally or as a vendor partner

  • At least 3 years of experience working within market research

  • A competitive streak with a desire to develop business and be part of a fast-growing company

  • A client-first attitude and a drive to deliver difference-making recommendations & results

  • A self-starter mentality—fast and efficient work ethic

  • Ability to manage pipeline activity and follow-ups across multiple clients

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams

Project-Based Designer (Remote)

As a Designer for 4Sight, you will:

  • Work on ad hoc projects, as creative needs come up  

  • Make anything look visually enticing while adhering to brand aesthetics

  • Design and refine PowerPoint presentations—including the template, layout, font, color scheme, visuals, animations, etc.

  • Create impactful visuals and animations for client presentations, pitch decks and other creative needs

  • Contribute strategically creative ideas for client recommendations that relate back to marketing, advertising, strategy and branding concepts 

  • Work autonomously and own the creative work from start to finish

  • Collaborate with 4Sight Brand Strategy team, when applicable, to ensure design/creative fits needs of project, strategy, etc.

 

 

You're a great fit for this position if you have:

  • A degree in Graphic Design or a related field

  • 2+ years of graphic design/creative/agency experience

  • Strong visualization skills

  • Fast and efficient work ethic

  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once, when requested

  • Digital mindset and expression

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills—for internal communication

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro)
